The Venice Filmfestival is a partner of the Youtube Filmfestival Your Film Festival. The 10 final films are going to be screened in Venice. I am very excited to see these films and hopefully meet other Youtubbers in Venice.

It´s my first time in Italy! I hope to eat a lot of great Pasta and Pizza! It´s my favorite food! ;)

I plan to involve the audience in the film making process in giving them decisions on the make-up, accessories and music for the film. I am going to present different versions and ideas on the 2050 Facebookpage and via Twitter @film2050. I am very excited how this is going to work out.

Besides I am excited how social media can enrich the production I am worried that the shooting and the whole production might not work out as I wish. Last Friday I planned to shoot the first scene in the studio of my University. The student who wanted to do the camera work just didn’t turn up on the test shooting on Thursday. I had to cancel the shooting and I hope very much that I can shoot it next week.

I met up with the make up artist Bastian Frost and created the make up for the girl character. YES!
