In addition in the last years I participated at several hackathons and workshops on interactive storytelling/VR.
In January 2016 I participated at the first International European Hackathon with my Game Designer friend Caty Davis Blättermann. At the opening night I pitched an idea for a HTC Vive story game and was able to gather a team around me including two Dutch animators, two German programmers from Jumping Llamas/Reality Solutions and five Danish sound artists. We created a prototype telling the beginning of a mystery story.
Our project was awarded with the prize for the best VR 3D audio experience.
Crew: Jonas Roth (Code), Robin Schweigert (Code), Caty Blättermann (Environment artist & idea), Nikolaj Kynde (sound design), Lars Schalkwijk (sound design), Andrea Corcuera (sound design), Per Beck Hansen (3D audio mix), Jesper Thrane (3D animation), Sune (3D animation), Ricarda Saleh (Idea, Story, Game Director & Producer)
I spend an exciting time at Hack a Dock at DOK Leipzig 2015 creating an interactive web dok. Our prototype “How long is a minute?” received the Tribeca Film Festival price. The prototype was created by Jens Wittmann (Code), Michael Zischka (Code), Christian Treffler (Animation/Design), Moniek Wester Keegstra (Content Director) and me (Content Director). The idea and UX design was created by the whole team. More information can be found on netzdoku.org
